A Board of Director was elected at the June 17th, 2003 Annual Meeting to administer regional activities. The board make-up consists of 22 voting members, one from each of the eight counties, one from each of the six segments of the Fort Berthold Reservation plus one At Large, and one from each of the seven NVCI Task Forces.
